- Oak smoked salmon, cream cheese and herb terrine, served with a lemon drizzle on a bed of mixed leaves
- Pan fried duck breast served with orange segments and mixed leaves
- Tomato and garlic bruschetta drizzled with basil oil
Main Course - Choose from:
- Traditional Roast Turkey

or - An individually oven baked Vegetarian Nut Roast
